The successful candidate must:

• Have a valid nursing PIN

• Have at least 6 months UK nursing experience

• Be professional, ambitious, friendly & caring

We are looking to recruit Complex and Palliative Support Workers in Leeds to support people in their own homes with health and social care needs.
